With its offset glass cloche, our board makes a classic presentation for everything from appetizers to cheeses to desserts. They are perfectly sized for creating an eye-catching display or serving ample quantities.
- Measures approximately overall 15” x 8 1/2” x 1”. Reversible for the perfect size cutting board.
- Every piece of board is hand-picked lumber and each board is hand crafted one at a time. Each board is soaked and rubbed with FDA approved mineral oil allowing time for them to be seasoned before they are able to be purchased and shipped.
- Glass cloche protects food and keeps cheeses and fruits fresh.
- Cloche fits into board well to prevent sliding off.
- Wood will vary in color, No 2 Woody Boards will be exactly the same.
Care and Instructions:
- Hand-wash with warm water and mild soap. Wipe dry immediately with clean, soft cloth.
- Do not submerge board in water. Not dishwasher safe.
- To maintain the luster of the wood, occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil and after every washing. Then with Woody Better Batter Board Butter to condition the wood.
